CARE
Due to the artisan practices of ROMY BENNIE silk garments and their natural dyeing process these items need to be handled with love and care. Do not machine wash. Hand wash in cold water with a very small amount of delicate detergent and shade dry only.

Steam iron only on low. Do not use hot water, dryers or dry in direct sunlight, avoid harsh detergents & stain removers.

SHIPPING

Australian Orders
For Australian orders we charge a flat rate of $15 Express Post shipping (delivery approximately 2 business days after dispatch) Australia Post. We ship all packages within 48hrs of receipt of order, (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, with a tracking number and delivery times.

International Shipping
New Zealand $35aud
USA & Canada $40aud
Europe & Beyond $50aud

All International Orders are sent via Australia Post Express service. Customs and duty fees are not included at checkout and are the customers responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. If you refuse a shipment from ROMY BENNIE you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order parcel to ROMY BENNIE. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received back.

Please carefully consider the shipping address you provide – if you are not at the delivery address to accept the goods yourself, any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of successful delivery. 

In the instance that you have given incorrect delivery details please ensure you email us immediately upon successful placement of your order. Once your order has been dispatched ROMY BENNIE cannot be held responsible if any information you provided was incorrect.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.

To make a return please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the date of delivery, indicating that you would like to return for exchange or store credit.

Please package the garments up and post 14 days of the date you received your item.

ROMY BENNIE is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. It is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. ROMY BENNIE reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with insurance and signature on delivery as we are not liable for lost packages.

ROMY BENNIE is not responsible for the cost of return postage.

Store Credits are valid for 12 months.
